Choosing Foods

Choosing foods to eat could be a hard thing or an easy thing. Some people choose certain foods because of a diet they are on and some people choose foods because of the taste. Others choose according to what their doctors say to eat, while another group of people choose because of sympathy and belief. Junk food, unhealthy food, fast food, these are the worst foods to choose because of the nutritional value. They cause health problems and a weak immune system. Knowing this to be true, the people that do turn to these foods eat it because of the great taste and sometimes being addicted it. Those foods are a hard thing to get rid of. Many people who are diabetic or get diagnosed with high blood pressure or high cholesterol get these things from eating so unhealthy. People who practice eating healthy foods on the other hand, are more concerned about there body and life unlike people who eat junk all the time. They also have less health problems than the average person and dont get sick as much or sometimes not at all. Some people choose the foods they eat according to the diet they are on, whether they are trying to lose or gain weight, and in some cases its the doctors orders. The people who choose their foods because of sympathy and their personal beliefs are considered vegetarians, that is if they don't eat meat because they do not believe animals should be killed and used for food by humans. It is very important to choose your foods wisely but of course our society today has more unhealthy eaters rather than people who watch what they eat.
