Methods for Teachers

Some techniques or methods that could help teachers do their job more effectively are making the class more interesting by doing activites they know students will like. They could also give the students a chance to express themselves or talk about things if they have problems or anything. Teachers should have control over the class and not be too nice because the students will eventually turn lazy and knowing the teacher will not discipline them or hold them accountable for themselves and their actions. Fun activities in class will keep the students interested in what they're learning and what needs to be taught. From experience students tend to learn better playing games as study guides. When a lesson is taught sometimes the teacher could be boring which makes the students less interested and sleepy. Sometimes teachers reward students on participation or ask questions after a lecture which I think is a good method. Watching movies and having questions to answer about the movie is also a good thing. The most effective in my opinion would have the games and activites, such as group projects, debates, presentations, jeopardy, etc.
